What form of payment do you accept? TOP
I accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express. I also accept payment through PayPal, money order or personal check. Orders will be shipped 1-2 business days after payment is received and cleared.
What method of shipping do you use? TOP
I ship USPS First class mail or USPS Priority mail. You may choose which method you prefer at check out. Optional insurance is also available.
What is your return policy? TOP
I want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason, you are not satisfied, you may return your items, within 14 days, for a full refund less shipping costs. Please contact me for return shipping instructions.
Do you take custom orders? TOP
Yes, if you see something you are interested in, contact me. I might be able to create a similar piece. Please remember, all lampwork beads are handmade, therefore no beads will be exactly the same.
